You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by post or e-mail giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown above. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract we will refund or re-credit you with 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering the goods.
Should you find any fault with your goods then simply return them to us explaining the problem. We will then either rectify the matter or offer a full refund. While in your care we would expect you to look after the goods and return them to us either in the original packaging or other suitable material.
